MediForce is a Private Ambulance Service providing professional medical cover to the private sector.

We employ HPC Paramedics and IHCD Technicians to provide cover for a wide a number of sporting venues and events including rugby, football, horse racing, polo and motor sports. We also provide medics and vehicles for the TV, Film and Entertainment Industry including concerts and
festivals and other large gatherings.

We also offer a repatriation service for a number of leading medical insurance providers ensuring patients receive high quality care when transferring between UK airports and hospitals near their home following illness or accidents abroad.

MediForce are approved providers to NHS Ambulance Trusts for Emergency, Urgent and Routine Patient Movements.

MediForce provides private ambulance cover at a wide range of events with a variety of vehicles and static equipment.

Our 4x4 ambulances offer full off-road capability and are designed for equestrian events or activities where participants may be injured in remote locations.

We have provided cover at many prestigious events and venues including Silverstone, Professional Polo Clubs, National Hunt Race Courses, Point to Point Racing, International and Premier League Rugby Matches and a number of well known festivals and concerts.

TV & Film set cover from MediForce, on set or on location from a single first responder or paramedic to a fully equipped ambulance and crew, MediForce can meet your needs for live stunt work or general on-location cover.

Each week MediForce provides cover for local sporting events including motocross, speedway and stock cars along with pitch-side cover for Rugby League and Union clubs

Patient Transfers need a high degree of patient care and understanding, MediForce have been transferring patients on behalf of some the UK's major insurance companies for a number of years.

We pride ourselves in our patient care not only clinically, which is our number one priority, but also our sympathetic approach to casualty comfort. We have available both standard road ambulances and ambulance cars and we plan transfer routes to ensure patient comfort and journeys that avoid unnecessary delays.

The following grades of Ambulance Staff are available:

• HPC Paramedic
• IHCD Technician
• Emergency Medical Technician

HPC -The Health Professions Council is a statutory regulator that works to protect the health and well-being of people using the services of health professionals. They only register Paramedics who meet their standards for their professional skills, behaviour and health.
Each Registered Paramedic is issued with a PA Number, by asking for an individual PA number you can check it's holders validity by accessing the HP Check web site at www.hpcheck.org, select Paramedic from the drop down list and enter the number in the second box.

IHCD -Institute of Health and Care Development is part of the EDEXCEL Organisation and provides Awarding Body services for the Ambulance Service Association. The awards are the training standard for those employed by NHS Ambulance Services, and are operated throughout the United Kingdom. The IHCD Paramedic award entitles holders to entry onto the State Register for Paramedics held and operated by the Health Professions Council. There is currently no register of Ambulance Technicians, although this is under consideration.
