Having completed the ASA assessment in 2007 MediForce have been providing Double Crewed Ambulances and Rapid Response Vehicles to NHS Ambulance Trusts.

Whether in support of Call Connect objectives or assisting with Winter Pressures we are able to provide efficient and effective resources with NHS Ambulance Service comparable clinical standards and equipment levels.

Clinical Governance is directed by our company Doctor and is managed by our full time Clinical Manager, an experienced HPC Paramedic. Driving Standards are maintained by our in-house Driving Assessor an IHCD accredited assessor and we have in place full clinical and driving incident reporting and investigation procedures.

For 2010 we have developed a program of Continuing Professional Development for all our clinical staff at our own on-site training facility in Slough.

We are able to integrate local protocols and clinical directives through training, advice and guidance ensuring a seamless quality of care to end users.

At MediForce we employ HPC Paramedics and IHCD Technicians for NHS contracts.

If required we are able to provide ECAs but due to the varied standards applied to this role we do not deploy ECAs as standard without agreement on training levels with our clients.

All our staff are Enhanced CRB checked and we are ready for the implementation of the new Independent Safeguard Authority regulations. We hold copies of all relevant clinical qualifications and operate minimum standard recruitment and ongoing driving licence checks.

We hold full Respond and Convey Blue Light vehicle insurance along with higher than required levels of Public Liability, Medical Indemnity and Product Liability insurance.
