MediForce Ltd Employment Application - Step 1 of 4

Pre-Entry Requirements
If you wish to apply for a job with MediForce, please use the following application form. In order to complete CRB/pre-employment checks, and to process your application, you will also be required to submit scans/copies of the following documents;

   - Passport (ID Page)
   - Driving Licence
   - Original Birth Certificate
   - Original Passport Size Photograph

If any of the above are not available, other documents may be accepted subject to advice given on a one-to-one basis. Please call 0845 456 2223 for further information.

You will also be required to submit scans/copies of your Ambulance Qualifications, in addition to other relevant qualifications;

   - Current HPC Registration Certificate
   - IHCD Ambulance Technician/EMT/Aid Certificate
   - IHCD Ambulance Driving Certificate
   - University Degree/Other Relevant Qualifications

Should we invite you to an interview, you will be required to present original copies of the above listed items, plus anything else deemed relevant or discussed prior. On occasion, we may ask that certain documents are submitted ahead of your interview.

Mediforce employ a number of bank staff for front line and event work. You can apply for any of the jobs listed using the application form opposite. We currently require:

Emergency Care Assistants (ECA)
Required for event work. Blue light trained a distinct advantage. MediForce does not place ECA's on front line duties.

Trainee Technicians
Required for event and front line work. When placed on a front line shift, it is company policy that you will only be placed with a trained paramedic.

IHCD Technicians
Required for event and front line work. To work on front line double crewed ambulances and solo response cars.

Nurses
For Event work, Emergency Department experience is essential. For Repatriation work we will consider other specialisations e.g. Paediatric, Geriatric etc...

HPC Paramedics
Required for event and front line work. To work on front line double crewed ambulances and solo response cars.

Doctors
Required for event work.
